First Impression
At first glance, the hotel looks huge from the outside. It has a classic and antique feel to a modern hotel. It feels like I’m walking back in time. The hotel interior is impressive, the 1920s art deco styles of incorporating black and gold layout and marble floors inside, makes it look luxurious. The hotel is also filled with multiple artworks and memorabilia collected throughout the years.
Ground Floor Lobby
The check-in counter and the concierge area are merged, therefore creating a huge space filled couches and tables. If you need to wait for a ride-share or just time to rest your feet, this is the place to be! So sit back and enjoy the slow smooth jazz playing in the background!
KING DELUXE ROOM
The king deluxe room was spacious, the décor itself was beautiful. A classic look and feel to the room. There is complimentary water (For Silver, Gold and Diamond members) or €4.50 payable for bronze guest. PS. The glass jug beside the bedside table is to fill tap water (IT IS SAFE TO DRINK TAP WATER in Vienna) Therefore, you could save some cash without purchasing bottles of water.
The toilet itself is really neat and modern with the usual toiletries provided, so if you’ve had forgotten yours, DONT FRET! Also , the shower is roomy enough to fit 2 people inside. DOWNSIDE: The mini-bar beverages and snacks are pricey! So watch out before you go all H.A.M and demolishes each one of them.

You can place an order for fresh omelette and waffle which I would recommend it!

The fitness room is held on the 4th floor, it is a nice fitness area which consists of 2 floors, with the first floor is the cardio area, and the upper floor is the weights room. There is various type of equipment that will keep you moving throughout your trip. GET PUMPING!

Customer service: 7/10
The King Deluxe Room was beautiful, with the traditional classical look and feel to the room. The view to Ringstrasse was magnificent, it is beautiful by day and especially by night. Just be vary that it might get loud sometimes with the occasional emergencies’ vehicles siren passing nearby.

The food was lovely, especially dinner – You have to try the Chicken Schnitzel and Apple strudel from the menu. It is a beauty! Furthermore, they have a wide variety of cocktail from the menu, definitely give it a shot, as some of them are out of this world!
